LET'S ALL HELP OUR VOLUNTEERS

They have a big job to do and there are three ways we can help them.

1. Be prepared to choose a photography appointment time when you are contacted.
2. Be on time or better still a little early for your photography appointment.
3. Keep your appointment so our layout committee isn't delayed and we can receive our albums at an earlier date.

ALL WE DO IS PARTICIPATE

To be in the album and receive a free copy only requires that you authorize your photo for publication use. Each family will be given a private appointment time scheduled at their convenience.

LET'S MAKE IT 100%

Our album will only be complete with all of us in it! Just think how much we'll enjoy this full color pictorial record of all our better friends as the years go by! It's another way, now and in the future, of sharing God's love with friends that move away, new members and all our friends.

PROOFING SYSTEM

Your family will be photographed, view your proofs, and select your portraits within minutes. It only takes a little time to help our church create memories to last a lifetime.

PORTRAIT COPIES

Families may order personal portrait copies. We have been given special lower prices and guarantee that the finished portraits will be good quality. All major credit cards will be accepted.

Answers to often asked questions

WHO MAY PARTICIPATE?

Any single adult (over 18) or family group. All family members must be photographed at the same time.

HOW DO WE GET AN APPOINTMENT?

You will be called by a volunteer to arrange the best time for your family, or you can sign up after church services. You can also sign-up online. Go to bussonportraitdirectories.com and click on 'Scheduling'. Follow the directions on that page. Your password is __________(you will know your password before you print this information)

HOW SHOULD WE DRESS?

As you wish to be known and remembered by others. However, since the album is in color, wear compatible colors. The drop background is a blue clouded sky.

ANYTHING ELSE TO DO?

Yes, be early enough to check hair, make-up and if anyone has a facial blemish, use some cover make-up. Album photos cannot be retouched.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Nothing. Each participating family receives one free album copy and an 8x10 portrait of the directory pose. What pays for the program are voluntary portrait orders. By the law of averages, many of us have let the years go by without having a family portrait. Don't miss this opportunity to come in with your entire family and be included in our church family album.
